Eligibility
Who can apply?
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR residing in Singapore or Expat with suitable Singaporean or Singapore PR residing in Singapore as Guarantor
- For expatriates without local guarantors, loan quantum will be capped at maximum 60% of purchase price or valuation, whichever is lower
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Minimum income of main applicant must be at least S$150,000 p.a
- Borrower must not be a bankrupt or on a debt repayment programme administered by the Official Assignee

- Sales Quotation
- Indicative valuation from a licensed appraisal acceptable to SFL
- Singapore & MPA Pleasure Craft Licence
- Any other information/documents as required by SFL
Corporate Guarantor
- Latest 2 years financial reports/statements
- Latest 6 months' bank statements (where applicable)
Personal Guarantor
- Singaporean or Singapore PR residing in Singapore
- Minimum Age: 21 years old, Max age: Not exceed 75 years old at the end of the financing term
- Minimum income of Main/Principal Guarantor(s): $150,000 p.a.
- Copy of NRIC/Passport
- Latest 2 years tax assessment
