HOW TO APPLY
Schedule an appointment with Bedok or City HQ Customer Centre. Please bring along the following documents on the day of appointment:
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Residents
Singapore NRIC
Foreigners
Passport and Employment Pass or Work Permit (with min 6 months validity)
Proof of address within last 3 months (Example: telco bills, utilities bills, bank statement from another Bank in Singapore, etc, where the name must be the same as your Passport and Employment Pass or Work Permit)
Eligibility:
Age 21 years and above
To open a savings account for deduction of future rental
Details:
Maintain savings account with $800 security deposit
1 year rental and key deposit will be collected upfront
