We require you to have expertise in handling equipment and machinery loans to the SME customers in the medical, construction, transportation, machinery and shipping industry, as well as handling private property and HDB loans. While a recognized degree is desirable, emphasis will also be placed on your proven track record which should include at least 3 years’ relevant experience in above specialty.   An established network of business contacts and strong ability to source and generate leads independently are essential.  You should possess sound business acumen, customer centricity and have a pleasant demeanor.  An understanding of financial analysis is essential.  

Those with extensive relevant experience will be appointed as Senior Relationship Managers.
